Return of the Kitty Bloggers

We all know that cats are smarter than dogs – both Sophia and Enzo can easily get treats out of the ‘brain toy.’

Which makes you wonder why a big yellow dog still has not figured it out!

He can’t manage the brain toy, but he loves his gator toy.

Merry Christmas and ho ho ho and all that stuff.

Otis, an 8 year old 106 lb. lab/Dane mix, became a Tripawd on February 9, 2016 after his right front leg broke due to osteosarcoma. We did 4 rounds of carboplatin, but lung mets were discovered on Agust 25, and he passed on September 4. Otis was half of a bonded pair, and his adopted sister Tess, passed suddenly of hemangiosarcoma on October 9. The day before Tess passed, a local lab rescue group had identfied Gator, a 120 pound 6 year old yellow in need of a home, as a potential companion for her. His picture was on my phone, and my house needed a dog. . .

  1. Beautiful pics! Hey kitties….maybe Gator just doesn’t want to show off; being the new fur-kid on the block, maybe he’s just pacing himself. Merry Christmas to you all!

  2. Agree with Paula! He just doesn’t wanna show off in front of the new fur sibs 😉 Hugs & cuddles to all of them! Merry Christmas xox

  3. Oh Gator! Sophia and Enzo are your Court Jesters and you are there King!

Yeah, I get it!! You are having a blast watching them playing with that dumb brain game where they have to get treats out evvvver so slowly!!

You are SMART enough to know you don’t have to work for your supper!! Your food bowl exposes massive amounts of kibble all at once so you can gobble up big mouthfuls!

You are keeping yourself occupied with your Gator just fine! Those silly cats can play with their “toy” all they want. You have the best toy ever!

You do have cute kitty pals though. I’m so glad everybody gets along!

Did you decorate Sophia all by yourself??? She makes a beautiful ribbon holder! 🙂

Always love seeing pictures of you!

    Love to all!

Sally and Alumni Happy Hannah and Merry Myrtle and Frankie too!
